 2 liters of filtered water

 1 liter of skimmed milk

 2 cups of white corn for hominy

 1 cup of granular sweetener

 2 cinnamon sticks

 half a lemon zest

How to make hominy without condensed milk:

Soak the hominy corn in water the day before preparing this recipe or for at least 8 hours. Eve.

Drain the hominy, rinse and cook with the two liters of water, cinnamon and lemon zest. Cook until corn is tender.
